Microcars hit the auction block

I am sad that I never had a chance to visit the Bruce Weiner Micro Car Museum in Georgia. Unfortunately they are shutting their doors after honoring these brave little cars for 16 years. The cars will be auctioned off tomorrow and Saturday. Daft Punk Auction Ferrari 412 from "Electroma" for Japan Relief

Daft Punk have put up the Ferrari 412 prominently featured in "Electroma" for sale to raise funds for Red Cross Japan Relief. The 412 is a Ferrari I would have brushed over if it were not for "Electroma". All it takes is the right photography or chromatography to make me fall in love with a car. The powerful opening scene in Electroma make the car and the film inseparable from one another in my mind. I would buy this car in a heartbeat.
